As was shared during our AGM on January 26th, while 2021 was a year of progress in addressing the need for affordable housing, there is still much work yet to do. We are excited about moving forward with our new project at Sprucelawn in St. Jacobs that will provide an additional 28 senior’s apartments. You can expect to see more details about the capital campaign in the near future.
The news of our rebranding was also a significant announcement. This will be implemented over the coming months. This is a significant step for us as we respond to the need for affordable housing in Waterloo Region. We are excited about our future. We remain committed to maintaining the values and focus on affordable housing that MennoHomes has nurtured for these past 20 years, and we invite you to also continue with us as a partner in this vital work.
You may recall that the AGM was recorded. It has now been posted online and can be viewed here.
